About
SYNAPTIC_V1 is an Audio/Visual/Light installation by NikZad/InterNodal. It forms a synthetic ecosystem in constant flux, rewritten by light, reflection, and evolving algorithms that reshape its architecture. Surfaces fold, screens shift, and shadows fracture, revealing spaces that exist only in the entanglement of human presence and algorithmic perception. The performer and her digital twin move as one and apart, mirrored and extended, their actions woven into the pulse of the space. Participants move through and beneath, bodies threaded into a network of relations, sensing architecture stretch and resonate around them. Each moment hums with pattern and perception fused into synthetic matter, an ecosystem that transforms with every encounter.

MΛGii
MΛGii is the digital twin of Maggie Khorrami. It is a synthetic presence shaped from fragments of her characteristics, appearance, and sound. Partly autonomous, partly responsive, it oscillates between imitation and invention. On stage, it becomes both performer and apparition. It is a digital being woven into the theater of code. Not a replica but a digital offspring, its body hums with implemented characteristics, its voice breathing through the circuitry of light. MΛGii lives in the threshold where digital identity takes spatial form, and performance mirrors the system that sustains it.

Soundscape
The soundscape of SYNAPTIC_V1 is a living architecture of sonic experience, where human impulse meets algorithmic pulse. Harsh edges and intricate textures coexist with moments of calm, reflecting the tension between organic expression and synthetic design. Electronic pulses, electroacoustic layers, and custom instruments intertwine with performative gestures in a theatrical play of rhythm and anti-rhythm, while ambient washes dissolve into sharp attacks. Every tone bridges human and machine, echoing through the synthetic ecosystem.

Algorithmic Architecture
SYNAPTIC_V1’s architecture is a continuously generating space, entangled with virtual and physical realities, where screens and visuals layer parallel worlds atop the physical structure. Electronic hoists move screens in real time, guided by visual design, reshaping perception and navigation. Light responds to music and movement, tracing rhythms, gestures, and attention, revealing folds, shadows, and emergent geometry. A dialogue between virtual and physical perception, presence, and the algorithmic logic that orchestrates it. Architecture flows, perception engages, and imagination, matter, and design merge in constant evolution.
